Yes we back all of our structures with either a 5 or 10 year warranty.
We do not do site prep, but we can refer a local landscaper to do it for you.
We do not obtain permits. We can get you the proper paperwork to get you through the permit process. Permits vary by structure and location so we ask you to contact your local construction official.
Our lead time varies based on the exact building, but typically most deliveries can be made within a month of being ordered.
